Tech suits are a main reason why humans continue to swim faster in the water. As technology evolves, new suits are being released. In this post I will be reviewing 2 popular tech suits: the TYR Avictor 2.0 and Mizuno GX Sonic 6 NV.

Let's start with the TYR Avictor 2.0. It is a suit made for distance races. Personally, I like to swim events like the 500, 1000, and 1650 in this suit. It is also very comfortable while swimming breastroke. The suit is very easy to get on and is priced around $350.

Overall, I would say this is a great suit for a distance freestyler or IMer. Link to buy.

Mizuno GX Sonic 6 NV

The Mizuno GX Sonic 6 NV is a very good suit as well. This suit is made for events like the 50, 100, and sometimes 200 freestyle and butterfly. The suit is more difficult than most suits to get on and is priced at around $400. It is the successor of the famous Mizuno GX Sonic 5. Overall, I would say that this is a good sprint suit but could be better. Link to buy.
